In response, Stephens Consulting Services, P.C. took the initiative to offer O&M contracts for the systems they designed. This led to the establishment of SCS Systems LLC in 2001 by Larry and Michael Stephens, exclusively focusing on septic system maintenance and management.
In August 2020, SCS Systems LLC found a new home within the Michigan Waste and Environmental Services Inc., representing another significant milestone in our journey. In 2023, we began our transition from SCS Systems LLC to Guardian Wastewater Services. This new name reflects our unwavering dedication to both environmental preservation and worry-free wastewater management services for our residential, commercial and municipal customers throughout the state of Michigan.
Throughout the years, our company has thrived, forming symbiotic relationships with professional engineering staff and licensed engineers specializing in individual and community onsite and advanced treatment systems.
